Real Property Finance Ltd (RPF Ltd) was established by Andy Churchill and Alan Laslett in September 2007..
With an office located in Sheffield we cover the Yorkshire region, and rely on business referrals from key introducers / clients which does see us travel further afield - distance is not a barrier to our business. We have strong relationships with a number of banks, and bespoke funders, and we now have successful track records of introducing quality clients to these institutions. Our strengths are providing a deal structure in a format that the banks are used to working with, and ensuring that all appropriate supporting information is available to help them in their decision making. |

Our fees are paid by the banks bar a nominal engagement fee, and we only get paid on completion – hence we are as keen as our clients to get the loan completed.

Worked for Northern Rock as a Regional Manager for over 10 years and with a small team lent over £100m in final year of employment within the Yorkshire Region.
Many years commercial broker experience to fall back on and enjoys strong links with a number of key banks and funding institutions – some traditional and some bespoke.
Core strengths are the funding of investment purchases / refinancing and development funding.
Andy Churchill ACIB
25 years experience in the banking industry spent working for Yorkshire Bank and Bank of Scotland, most latterly fulfilling branch manager roles, credit roles, and business manager / business generation roles.
Entered the commercial broker market in 2005, and established a working relationship with the majority of the High Street lenders and the more focused development finance lenders.
Good network of professional contacts has been fostered resulting in the provision of a full ‘one-stop shop service’ to our client base.
