What can we do for you?
Real Property Finance Ltd (RPF Ltd) was established by Andy Churchill and Alan Laslett in September 2007.
We both worked together at a larger brokerage, but wanted to focus on specific areas of brokering such as Development Funding and Larger Investment Funding. With offices located in Sheffield we cover the Yorkshire region, and rely on business referrals from key introducers / clients which does see us travel further afield - distance is not a barrier to our business.
Through a third party we can place regulated business such as Residential Mortgages, and also source some of our Buy to Let Funding through this source. We have strong relationships with a number of banks, and bespoke funders, and we now have successful track records of introducing quality clients to these institutions.
Our strengths are providing a deal structure in a format that the banks are used to working with, and ensuring that all appropriate supporting information is available to help them in their decision making.
Our fees are paid by the banks and we only get paid on completion – hence we are as keen as you to get the loan completed.
We can look at a range of property solutions ranging from;
We are members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) and both hold the finance industry recognised ACIB qualification.
