Site Introduction and Bridging Funding.
Project Details
Through our contacts, we were able to introduce a site in York to developer in the York area. The developer was keen to further to establish his profile in the area and this development was an ideal addition to his development profile.
The development consisted of 23, 2-bed apartment's in a suburb of York. The site had detailed planning permission and was ‘oven ready’ – however the client had to complete quickly. Bridging funding was agreed on a 98% of cost basis, and the land loan was completed in 21 days.
We have now turned the Bridging loan into a Development facility, and the client is currently on site developing the scheme.
