Project Details
We have been asked to assist with the funding of the purchase of 283 acre golf course, and development site of a 5* hotel and conference facility.
The initial issue was obtaining appropriate advise from Valuers and we were instrumental in introducing the client to key valuers who could provide advise on the likely current value of the current site, and likely end Gross Development Value.
The assistance provided by RPF, has allowed the client to exchange contracts on the site, and we are now working with client to obtain the appropriate development finance to allow them to complete on the purchase and complete the development of what is to be the one of the best hotel developments in the North.
