Project Details
We were instructed to assist an experienced developer with structuring a loan to assist with the forward development of a 3 acre site in Corby.
Our client had obtained planning and also managed to pre sell / pre let over 50% of the site.
The challenge was that despite the pre lets / pre sales there was still a large element of speculative retail / leisure space.
The brief was to obtain funding to refinance the existing debt and provide 100% development funding . The client also wanted options to hold part of the scheme.
We obtained the funding, and the client has completed the development on time and on budget, and we are now looking to assist with the refinance of the elements to be retained.
